Movement and dance based group focused on celebrating individual free expression and group social skills. We will explore improvisation, emotions education, and life enrichment. Group is focused on confidence building and body/mind connection utilizing fun props and funky music. All body abilities, stimming, mobility devices, Blind, Deaf/HOH, and AAC devices are welcome! Geared for ages 22 and up. Runs 1 hour at your program.

Runs 45 minutes to 1 hour at your program depending on age group.

Soley focused on the individual, these sessions are tailored to the person. Will explore creative movement, music, and interpersonal interactions. Skill building and goals can be tailored to what the individual wishes! All body abilities, stimming, mobility devices, Blind, Deaf/HOH, and AAC devices are welcome! Can be implemented for any age. Runs 30-45 minutes depending on age. This can be an Expressive Movement program or a Dance/Movement Therapy Session depending on need. Located at your program or in Danielson, CT.
